You are eligible for part-time francization courses if you are an immigrant who:
Resides in Quebec AND
Is 16 years or older on June 30 of the current year AND
Has one of the following immigration statuses:
Naturalized Canadian citizen
Permanent resident
Asylum seeker
Protected person who obtained asylum
CSQ holder
Temporary resident, their spouse, partner, common-law partner and dependant children (work permit, study permit, temporary resident permit under codes 86 to 95)
Person authorized to submit their request for Canadian residency (code 17 temporary visitor record or letter from IRCC authorizing subsequent processes in the request for permanent residency)
